PDS Login Screen Does Not Offer Institution Name

Description:
The PDS login screen does not show the institution name (Yourorg) in the Institution drop-down box.
Why is the institution name not showing?

Resolution:
Upon opening the tab_service.yourorg file on the server with vi, at the bottom of the screen, the file name appeared like this:

"tab_service.yourorg" [dos]

This means that the file was probably edited on the pc with, say, Notepad and transferred to the server.
Running the command

>> dos2unix tab_service.yourorg

fixed this problem.
