    Problem with Web of Science search using parentheses

    Description:
    Searching Web of Science via MetaLib for tea OR teas retrieves plenty of results (23433), however, searching for (tea OR teas) retrieves 0 results.
    There seems to be a problem with how parentheses are treated.
    PubMed doesn't seem to have the problem using parentheses in the same search statement though.

    Resolution:
    MetaLib does not support searches using parentheses.
    If they happen to work in some resources and not others, that is resource-specific and not controlled by MetaLib.
