    Description:
In some "WebConfig" resources, the URL_Mask changes the characters (i.e., the symbol +) and replaces them by hexadecimal characters. As a result of this, we are not able to configure the resource.
Can this problem be solved somehow? We are interested in keeping the symbol +.

    Resolution:
The problem is that the plus sign is used to URL-encode spaces. If you change the plus signs to spaces in the configuration, it should work:

    Hostname:port: http://www2.fao.org/BASIS/AGRIS/web/Cat_ja/SDW?
URL Mask: W=(EN PH WORDS 'TERM1')
