    Which MetaLib resource configuration access methods are searchable via Primo Remote Search?

    Answer

    MetaLib's resource configuration access methods fall into 3 main categories:
    * Search & Retrieve: These are searchable via Primo Remote Search function (includes the following configurations types in the IRD configuration code field: Z39, Z39/SUTRS, EXTERNAL, ALEPH_X, WEBCONFIG_XML)
    * Search & Link: MetaLib can search these resources and but ONLY retrieves the number of hits. Records are not retrieved. They should not be be included in QuickSets for Primo Remote Search. (includes EXTERNAL_JUMP, WEBCONFIG_SIMPLE, WEBCONFIG_COMPLETE)
    * Link-Only: MetaLib cannot search these resources. Their IRD configuration code field is empty for Link-Only resources. They should not be included in QuickSets for Primo Remote Search
