    Description:
This is the result of a yaz session:

    Z> auth MYUSERNAME/mypassword
    Authentication set to Open (MYUSERNAME/mypassword)
    Z> open tcp:bsc.chadwyck.com:210
    Connecting...OK.
    Sent initrequest.
    Connection rejected by v3 target.
    ID : 81
    Name : GFS/YAZ
    Version: 2.0.2
    Options: search present namedResultSets
    Elapsed: 0.283340
    Z> base bsc-iibp
    Z> find @attr 1=4 test
    Sent searchRequest.
    Target closed connection

The publisher has confirmed the authentication information and the subscription.

MetaLib itself returns the following response:
Z39.50 gate error: Connection rejected by the Z39.50 database server.

    Resolution:
    Connection rejected by v3 target"
means that the username/password is not correct for this Hostname:Port.

Perhaps it is misspelled or requires all lower case.

This is an authentication problem, not a problem with the resource.
