ENI linking

Product: Primo

Question: How do I activate the Editions ENI collections in Primo?

Answer:

Please note, that the Editions ENI collections require an institution specific parameter to be filled in, in your Primo Template Mapping Table.

You can enable access to the resource prior to the dedicated template release by following the steps below to create this template locally.

-->Important: if you create it locally, your template and the inserted parameters will not be deleted with the release.

First, please search for the template in the mapping table to see if it was already created there as part of a release:

  1. Go to  Primo Back Office > Advanced > Mapping Tables > Templates.
  2. Customize Table.
  3. In the Code column, type editions_eni_linking and press Enter.
  4. If you find editions_eni_linking template, then proceed to customize the existing template.
  5. In the Template code column, fill in your library's customized URL as you received it from editions eni.  The URL will be something similar to: "https://[www.eni-training.com/sites/client'scompany"

6. Save

--> If the template is not yet in the table, you can proceed to create it locally.

To create the template locally:

1.     Scroll down to Create a New Mapping Row

2.     Create new row mapping with the following parameters:

  • Code: editions_eni_linking
  • Template CodeXXX/?library_guid=
UndefinedNameError: reference to undefined name 'control' (click for details)
    Callstack:
        at (Content/Knowledge_Articles/Primo/Knowledge_Articles/ENI_linking), /content/body/ul[2]/li[2]/span[2]/span, line 1, column 1

  • Replace <XXX> with your library customized URL as you received it from Editions ENI

For example: https://www.eni-training.com/cs/demo-eni/?library_guid=

UndefinedNameError: reference to undefined name 'control' (click for details)
Callstack:
    at (Content/Knowledge_Articles/Primo/Knowledge_Articles/ENI_linking), /content/body/p[14]/span[2]/span, line 1, column 1

  • Description: Optional

3. Click on Create

4. Save

5. Deploy
