Question

Why can't I check/uncheck the "Enable the ‘Personalize Your Results’ service" box found in the General Attributes section on the View Configuration page for Primo VE in Alma (Discovery > Display Configuration > Configure Views > General Tab)?   

Answer

This option is available to select after a PC/CDI key is enabled for the institution.  This checkbox does not apply to institutions electing not to use a PC/CDI key.
