In which environment can "boost for institution" be implemented?

Answer

This feature is mainly for Consortium institutions - where records from other institutions are also visible from a Primo search. 

Basically "boost for institution" option allows you to negatively boost records that are not from your institution. The valid values are 0 to 1.
Here other institutions typically related to consortium institutions where Primo will be able to show/display the records that are available from other institutions in a consortium.
