A specific patron cannot place requests in Primo

- When logged in as a specific user
- Clicking on the + (plus) to expand item details only results in a - (minus) being displayed
- Availability information does not update (Updating . . . always displays)
- All operations work correctly for other users
- Availability information updates when a guest
- The browser never makes a call to rta.do
- The Update my screen automatically option does not have a check mark
Resolution
Click on the box for Update my screen automatically so it now has a check mark
