Adding material types to Advanced search menu

Question
How can missing material types be activated in advanced search drop down menu?
Answer
- In Views Wizard go to tiles configuration page
- Edit Advanced search
- In the section Define search pre-filters edit Material Type
- In the message box "You may have updated some details regarding the search type on this page. Save these changes before continuing?" confirm with OK
- Activate the checkboxes of the media types.
- Use save and continue button.
- Deploy the view.
