How can the user email address be synchronized from Alma or Aleph to Primo when a user logs in via PDS?

Answer

Changes in Alma or Aleph are reflected in Primo via PDS if the flag EMAIL_OVERRIDE in Primo Back Office is set to 'true'
(Primo Home > Ongoing Configuration Wizards > User Authentication Wizard, sub-system Installation, Profile Settings).

Additional Information

When this switch is on (true) and the user's email changes in Alma or Aleph, it will also change in Primo after the user logs into Primo via pds.
