Cause:
Corrupted index file

Resolution:
Copying the index file from the mirror directory:
1. In the FE server, type ?€œSe_conf?€?
2. Type ?€œcat search_schema.xml?€?
3. Look for the index path under <slice id="1">
4. Go to index directory ?€œcd /exlibris/primo/indexes/px_y/inst_1_index
5. Go up one level ?€œcd ..?€?
6. Copy the ?€œinst_1_index.mir?€? directory into the ?€œinst_1_index?€? directory using this:
cd inst_1_index.mir
cp -rp * ../inst_1_index
7. Type: se_stop
8. Type: se_start
