    Question

Why don't I see the option to create a Permalink from the "Actions" menu of an item on the Services Page?

    Answer

Permalinks can only be created for objects that actually exist in Primo index. The Primo Services Page displays information that is sent to Primo from outside (Alma, Google Scholar), but while Primo interprets the information sent to it and translates it into a displayable format, it does not represent an actual item in Primo. There for it cannot be searched on Primo by permalink.

Note: You can save the item's open URL in order to view this item in the future:

    - Open the item's "get it" tab / "view online" tab

    - Right click on "Open this frame in a new window"

    - Copy link location
