    Can't delete old institutions

    Description:
    Several institutions in the institution wizard can´t be deleted. “Unknown operation requested” – error message appears:

    Resolution:
    In order to delete an institution no staff members can be connected to this institution. If a staff member is connected, the deletion of the institution will fail.
