Question

Can Total care customers change the period of inactivity (Session Timeout parameter) from the Primo BO?

Answer

Session Timeout parameter is part of General Configuration settings for Primo UI which is a shared parameter in Multi-Tenant Environments. Single institutions cannot change it even if they have allowed access to Back Office.

Please see more under Primo UI Parameters
Total care customers need to have permission from all the other institutions in that environment in order to change this parameter

Generally, in the total care environment, this parameter is a shared parameter for all the Total care customers and needs permission from others. ALL Total Care customers have to agree on the same timeout.
