    Changing the indexing configuration to run on disk or on memory

    Description:
    It is possible to change the configurations in the BO that the indexing should run on disk instead of memory, or vice versa (beginning from Primo Version 2.02 onwards).

    Resolution:
    Steps:
    1. Go to BO > Advanced Configuration > Search Engine Configurations - Miscellaneous:

    2. Check the checkbox for Set slices load mode. Click the radio button for Disk (for indexing on disk) or Memory (for indexing on memory).

    3. Go back to Primo Home > Deploy All. Select Search Engine Configuration and click on Deploy

    4. Run indexing and hotswapping.
