    My Account displays blank page

    • Product: Primo
    • Product Version: v4
    • Relevant for Installation Type: Multi-Tenant Direct, Dedicated-Direct, Local, TotalCare


    When you log in to Primo and go to My Account, an empty blank page is displayed.


    API is not properly configured in Institution Wizard

    • Go to Institution Wizard, select your Institution
    • Check API field in the Delivery Base URLs
    • Select your API and Deploy the changes


    If no API in the dropdown, you have to configure it in Mapping Tables / Opac via Primo / ILS API configuration, please see:
