    Fines balance missing final zero

    Problem Symptoms:
    In My Account, Opac via Primo, when a fines balance summary has a final zero it is excluded, for example: displays 10.0 instead of 10.00.

    Cause:


    Resolution:
    Corrected in SP 4.5 by PRM-19360.
