    How to display on order information

    Desired Outcome Goal:
    Display acquisitions on order information from the Voyager ILS on the Primo Location tab

    Procedure:
    1.Voyager server:
    /m1/voyager/xxxdb/tomcat/vxws/context/vxws/ui/eng where xxxdb is the voyager database
    file vxws.properties
    orderInfoHolTag defaults to 960 tag
    *Default value is 960$$t. (and can remain this tag)
    *Tag must be changed if Primoexp*.ini extract uses the 960 tag or 960 tag is not empty in the Voyager data.

    2a. Primo back office: 4.8
    Back Office > Advanced config > Mapping table
    'Holdings Record Configuration' table
    Summary information: add ;960 ## # (or whatever the tag value used) to the view's loc.summary
    no space after semi-colon tag-number space ## space #
    # is a wild card. ## are for indicators. # for subfield
    Save and deploy the table

    2b. Primo back office: 4.9 July 2015
    Back Office > Advanced config > Mapping table
    'Holdings Record Configuration' table
    Notes: loc.acqstatus enabled by default
    960 ## a (or whatever the tag value used in vxws.properties)
    tag-number space ## space subfield
    # is a wild card. ## are for indicators. # could be used for subfield
    $$9=1030 identifies data as Voyager acquisitions on-order information
    Save and deploy the table

    Additional Information

    *'Holdings Record Configuration' mapping table value must be added as no default entry exists for 'on order' information
