    The translations in the Loans List Labels code table are not aligned with the en_US values.
    • Product: Primo
    • Product Version: Primo 4.7, Primo 4.8, Primo 4.9, Primo April 2015, Primo November 2016, Primo February 2016
    • Relevant for Installation Type: Dedicated-Direct, Direct, Local

     

    Description

    1. In My Account the table headers and cells are out of synch on either (or both):
      1. the list of loans
      2. the list of historic loans
    2. The display language is not English (en_US)

    Resolution

    1. Go to the Back Office >  Advanced Configuration > All Code Tables > OPAC_VIA_PRIMO Sub-System
    2. Edit the Loans List Labels Code Table
    3. Select the a language other then en_US (e.g. fr_FR)
    4. Repeat the following steps, each time replacing # with the numbers 0 through 8 (see the example below)
      1. Search for the code default.loans.brief.history.column#
      2. Update the non-en_US row to be the translation of the en_US row or blank if the en_US row is blank
      3. Search for the code default.loans.brief.active.column#
      4. Update the non-en_US row to be the translation of the en_US row or blank if the en_US row is blank
    5. Click Save & Continue
    6. Click Deploy
