    If no instance is shown on the BE login page open a case requesting it be added.

    • Product Version: November 2015 and later
    • Relevant for Installation Type: Direct

     

    Description

    1. The Primo Back Office login screen shows the link to the ExLibris System Status page
    2. The Primo Back Office login screen does not indicate the instance represents this environment
    3. The Primo environment is a Production environment (i.e. not a Sandbox environment)

    Resolution

    Open a case requesting the instance information be added.
