    Patron has exceeded number of hold requests allowed in Primo

    Problem Symptoms:

    Patron cannot submit a hold request via Primo request tab - the message "Patron has exceeded number of hold requests allowed" appears.

    Cause:
    ----------

    Title Request Limit is set to 0 in Aleph Global patron details.

    Resolution:
    1. Go to aleph circulation module
    2. Set Title Request Limit in Global patron details be more than 0.
