Primo: How to change Abstract link name?

Description:

We have attempted to change the link name which displays in the Full Display as follows:

Primo Home > Advanced Configuration > All Code Tables
Sub System: Front End, Table name: Full Display Labels
Enabled Code: default.fulldisplay.linktoabstract
From: Abstract
To: Additional Information
Save & Continue
Deploy

After this a Deploy All was perfomed
However the link still displays the previous name: Abstract.
 

Resolution:

The display text for this link does not come from the code table, but from $$D in LinktoAbstract field in NR:
$$Tsyndetics_abstract$$DAbstract
