Primo doesn't respond after applying hotfix

Description:
At times, when starting all services (BE, FE, SE) and then searches are initiated, there are 0 results found. This is because a search from the FE was initiated before the SE slices were loaded and searchable.
Resolution:
Currently, the way to overcome this is by restarting the FE.
This issue is still open and was escalated to Second line support for further analysis <2009-08-16 01:00:04>.
