Primo is showing an item is 'Out of Library" and (on the Location line) "On Shelf". We'd like items that are "on the shelf" to also be in our library.

Resolution:
You are getting these conflicting messages because at the time the AVA field was created and the record was sent to Primo the item was on loan, but the item has since been returned, so it appears in the Location section of the Primo display (obtained via OvP) with a Status of "On shelf".

This situation might be helped by running p_publish_06 and having the Primo pipe process the tar file each night, but there could still be discrepancies.

I think that when OvP is being used, Primo should be changed to check the status of the item as determined by OvP and, if different than the status in the AVA field, let the OvP status override the AVA status.
