Description:
We have been attempting to harvest Google e-books from University of Michigan via Primo. We were successful once on our staging server in v1.8, but the same configuration failed on our Production server. We have tried again on v2.02, but we can not successfully harvest on either our staging nor our production server.

Resolution:
Using the direct IP address for the University of Michigan, in lieu of the DNS name should work.

141.211.175.167 80
instead of
quod.lib.umich.edu
