RTA availability for items with certain process status

Problem Symptoms:
Records with process status defined as available in publishing, show as unavailable by RTA.
Cause:
Missing definition in aleph tab_expand
Resolution:
1. Define in tab_expand expand_doc_bib_avail for RTA x-service like it is defined for publishing set:
X-AVAIL expand_doc_bib_avail AVA=[process statuses divided by comma]
2. Restart www_server
