RTA display problem, error message "communication error with the ILS"

Problem Symptoms:
for some record RTA is not displayed correctly but shows only error message "communication error with the ILS".
Cause:
Aleph configuration
Resolution:
This is an Aleph problem. Please add your sub-libraries to xxx50/tab/tab_item_list_order, e.g.:
BMAI
BPHY
BAME
This table describes the order of the results sorting according to sub-libraries.
Additional Information
The problem will be fixed but until the fix will be provided please use the above described workaround.
