SFX Menu in Primo Only Displays Fulltext Resources

Desired Outcome Goal:
The View Online tab (aka GetIt! 1 tab, SFX Menu) in Primo only lists full-text resources.
How can the rest of the SFX Menu be displayed?
Procedure:
Step 1: Go to the Primo Back Office > Advanced Configuration > All Mapping Tables > [select institution] > SubSystem = Delivery > Table = Templates
Step 2: Remove the "svc.fulltext=yes" switch from the OpenURL templates (openurlfulltext, openurlfull_article, openurlfull_journal), save, and deploy
The full SFX Menu will display with all the configured options.
Additional Information
This switch, when set to yes, instructs SFX to display only full-text Target Services.
The Primo More tab (GetIt! 2 tab) does not have this switch set in the OpenURL that is sent to SFX, therefore, all SFX Services display in the More tab.
If both the GetIt! 1 and GetIt! 2 tabs appear in the Primo interface and both display the same content, the options include:
* hide one of the GetIt! tabs
* in SFX, configure the GetIt! 1 tab to provide a direct link (DirectLink) to the first full-text option, rather than displaying a link (recommended)
