    Problem Symptoms:
    ?· ? after upgrade to Primo V4, Scheduled pipes run twice for each instant.

    Cause:
    ? 
    The execute command for all scheduled jobs are received twice therefore creating two running jobs, since two pipe jobs cannot run in parallel. the second instance is run immediately as soon as the first instance is complete.

    Resolution:
    Restart BO

    Additional Information

    This case has been seen before on the first run after Upgrade. Restart solves the problem.
