Problem Symptoms:
-Deploy processes have a status of "failed"
-Deploy log shows the following message:

WARNING:Search scopes weren't deployed - no Search Engine configuration deployments are allowed during indexing,did-you-mean or hotswap processes.Please try again after

Cause:
An Indexing, Did You Mean, or Hotswapping process was running during the attempted deploy. Search Engine configurations cannot be deployed during an Indexing, Did You Mean, or Hotswapping process, so it is normal for deploys to fail under those circumstances.

Resolution:
Wait until the Indexing, Did You Mean, or Hotswapping process is finished and try the deploy again.
