    Description:
Search performance issues may be caused by the following reason:

The mod_jk.log is not rotated, and when it grows to its maximum size of 2 Gigabyte, it causes slowness.

Stop the apache, and rename the old mod_jk.log so that the system can begin using a fresh one.

    Resolution:
The access_log, error_log, and mod_jk are now configured to create a daily backup. The date will be added to the file name during the backup.

    From issue resolution:
Fixed by 5482 Sp 2.1.512/19/2009 11:21:42 PM Nati Shmeler]
Final Status: Closed [12/19/2009 11:22:01 PM Nati Shmeler]
