How can we configure the session timeout page to be our own jsp file?

Resolution:
To configure the Session Timeout URL to be a customized local file, place the file under the directory:
/exlibris/primo/p<x>_<z>/ng/primo/home/system/thirdparty/openserver/server/search/deploy/primo_library-app.ear/primo_library-libweb.war/static_htmls

Next, go to the BO under Advanced Configuration > General Configuration > Primo UI
Enter under Session Timeout URL:

http://<machine name>:1701/primo_library/libweb/static_htmls/<file>

For example, if you want the timeout session to go to primo_timeout.jsp then configure in Session Timeout URL :
http://primo-server:1701/primo_library/libweb/static_htmls/primo_timeout.jsp
