    Question

A top-level collection was created in Alma. It assembles, for example, print thesis records. The collection was published but there are no titles associated with it (in Primo).

How to display top-level and sub-collections in Primo?

    Answer

To add the Top-Level Collection to the "sub-records", please follow these steps:

    1. Create a Set
    2. Run it via a publish to Primo job

It should add a "COL" field to the XML sent to Primo.

    Additional Information

Today, there are out-of-the box normalization rules for this field (COL).  They will need to be created in order to present or be able to search the information in Primo.
