Question

After downloading, editing and uploading a UI customization package, the front-end shows the default customization.

Answer

Probably the uploaded file has an incorrect directory structure which causes Primo to consider the package as invalid and switch back to default design.

To check download the package again and check the contained directories, it should look like this:

-html

-img

-js

README.md

showDirectives.txt
