V4 upgrade errors during PPUK

Problem Symptoms:
Two errors in the run of PPUK:
1. ? Errors in console during step 2 of PPUK (Primo Pre-Check Upgrade Kit) "Check if there is enough memory to enable new V4 features":
syntax error on line 1, teletype

./scripts/check_memory.bash: line 61: +: syntax error: operand expected (error token is "+")
./scripts/check_memory.bash: line 70: [: -ge: unary operator expected
There is enough memory on this machine. You may proceed.
2. Error in FE PPUK run step 1 "V4pre_upgrade.log":

DB is on this machine = true
current available disk space in /exlibris is: 66 GB
disk space required for Primo V4 is: 30 GB
V3 DB datafiles = 65 GB.
V3 DB tempfiles = 12 GB.
disk space required for the database upgrade is 154 GB
db mount point is = /exlibris1
current available disk space in /exlibris1 is: 0
---- Not enough space for DB files.
---- Failed.
###### - The Fail is wrong since the DB mount has more than 66% free space. (not 0 as described in log)
Cause:
Unknown Under Development's investigation.
Resolution:
Errors may be ignored if system stands up to the system requirements described in the "Primo Upgrade Express User Guide 3.1.2 to 4.0x" guide in chapter 2 in "General Notes" chapter.
