    Views Wizard Validation Error

    Problem Symptoms:
    "Validation Problem: you cannot save "Primo Institution" to the View. please select different institution!" error in Views Wizard

    Cause:
    View was setup (or became corrupted) using the Primo Institution instead of the University

    Resolution:
    Copy the current View and change the ownership. This will retain all the data in the view, but allow the owner to change.

    Follow the instructions below:

    1. Login to Back Office
    2. Navigate to Ongoing Configuration Wizards > Views Wizard
    3. On the bottom of screen, under the Create a New View section:
    a. Change "Owner:" to University of choice
    b. Change "Duplicate View From:" to page of choice
    c. Enter Code: COPIED
    d. Click Create Button

    4. Delete original view

    5. Create another view just like above using:
    a. Change "Owner:" to University of choice
    b. Change "Duplicate View From:" to page of choice
    c. Enter "Code:" (Whatever the view you just deleted was called)
    d. Click Create Button

    6. Delete COPIED view

    7. Edit Newly created view:
    a. Change View Name to: (appropriate title - ex. Services Page)
    b. If needed, change Description back to original description

    8. Save & Continue
    9. Click Continue
    10. Click Continue
    11. Click Continue
    12. Click Deploy Now
