What does this message mean at the top of my Brief Results in Primo, "Due to temporary technical problem the result list may be incomplete. Please try again soon"?
That message was introduced in Primo's July 2015 Release whenever a blended search encounters a timeout with the Primo Central adaptor or Ebsco API adaptor.
Results from the problematic adaptor will not be included in the blended brief results.
Try executing the search again.
