    When searching with start date, the year of start date is ignored

    Problem Symptoms:
    ---------------------------
    (1) When searching in Advanced Search with start date fields, the year of start date is ignored
    (2) The field in the PNX is in the next format:
    <startdate>2006</startdate>
    <enddate>2006</enddate>

    Cause:
    -----------
    Startdate in the PNX suppose to be in 8-digits format:
    <startdate>20060101</startdate>
    <enddate>20061231</enddate>

    Resolution:
    1. In the Back office, change the NRs so the startdate field will be in the YYYYMMDD format.
    2. Save and deploy
    3. Run update pipe and index.
