    Description:
    In Primo Administrator Guide, ch6, p222, it says:
    * If the sub?system is Statistics, refer to the following table for a list of fields:
    Field name Description Example
    Statistics Batch Size = The size of the batch used for creating statistic reports = 1000
    Statistics Batch Duration = The length of time used while creating statistic reports = 3600

    Where are the BatchSize and BatchDuration defined and what do they have to do with reports?

    Resolution:
    The BatchSize and BatchDuration are referenced in Primo Reports > General Parameters (near the bottom, under "Sub System: Statistics (2)".
    They default to:
    BatchDuration = 3600.
    BatchSize = 1000

    Those variables are defined in the BO Primo Home > Advanced Configuration > General Configuration > Statistics.
    These numbers control how often data is extracted from the server and provided to the reports.
    If the numbers are lowered, so that the extraction happens more frequently, it could negatively impact performance.
    On the report side, the frequency of the update influences the currency of the report.

    It affects search statistics and click statistics.
    For example, depending on which comes first, each batch is loaded to the reports data after either
    1000 entries
    OR
    3600 seconds (= 1 hour)
