    Description:
JSP – We don't support any changes to the jsp. Customers can change these files but it's their responsibility to edit manually the changes on every SP upgrade, since jsp files are overwritten. If you choose to do this you will need to compare the new and old JSP with every upgrade.

CSS – The default css is overritten with every upgrade, however any local css is left untouched. Due to the fact that local css uses default_css on top, the upgrade of SP doesn't cause any problem for a local css.
