    Question

Why are different results retrieved for the same search term in "Suggested New Searches" vs. Facets?

    Answer

When results are refined by facet(s) Primo displays all the records that the search term appear in their facet section in the PNX.
When results are refined by “suggested new searches” Primo displays all the records that the search term appear in their search section in the PNX.
Therefore different results are retrieved for the same search term since the system displays the search results from different sections in the PNX.
