    Question

Why can't I make changes to a Mapping Table?
Cannot select any value fields or make changes to them
    Cannot create new rows
Cannot check or uncheck a checkbox
    There is no "Save" button

    Answer

The Mapping Table has not yet been configured at the Institution level and is inheriting values from the Installation level.

To configure the Mapping Table at the Institution level click the "Customize" button in the upper right part of the page.

    Additional Information

If there is no "Customize" button the table cannot be configured at the Institution level.

The table is initially populated with the values from the Installation level.

Future changes, additions, or deletions at the Installation level, such as updates from a Service Pack or Primo Release, will not be reflected at the Institution level.
