    Description

Using Internet Explorer for connecting to Primo Back office to use the Normalization testing utility, you don't see any xml tags at all in any of the OTB .xml

This issue is known and has already been reported at connect.microsoft.com/ie

    Resolution

In order to work with IE it is necessary to turn on "Compatibility View".

    Connect to Primo Back Office

Click on the "Compatibility View" button to the right of the address bar or press the "ALT" key and then click on "Tools" and then "Compatibility View".

Exlibrisgroup.com will be added at the list and you can use the Normalization testing utility with no problem.

It will be a little slower
