Problem:
Amazon thumbnails are not displayed from the FE?

Cause:
Amazon thumbnails are blocked due to the privacy reasons from Amazon. It is that the amazon doesn't not allow university libraries to use their Thumbnails.
 

Resolution:
May be you can try this workaround - it might work sometimes.

Try changing the alphabet from lower case to upper case (amazon.com to Amazon.com) in the delivery template of the Mapping table.
Working with Delivery Templates

For example: Change the amazon_thumb template link from
...images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com...
to
...images-na.ssl-images-Amazon.com...

Do not forget to save and deploy the mapping table after you make the changes to the Delivery Template.
