    Problem Symptoms:
    - In Hebrew interface, a search for a phrase with the word "no" in Hebrew retrieves wrong results.
    - In the FE log it appears that the word "no" is being treated as NOT Boolean operator. For example:
    INFO [t-RMI TCP Connection(23947)-95.172.89.164] [c-Se

    Cause:
    A bug

    Resolution:
    Investigated by development in PRM-21536
