Wrong results when the word "no" in Hebrew is part of the search phrase, in Hebrew interface

Problem Symptoms:
- In Hebrew interface, a search for a phrase with the word "no" in Hebrew retrieves wrong results.
- In the FE log it appears that the word "no" is being treated as NOT Boolean operator. For example:
