    Problem Symptoms:
    - Browse/call number subfield E is created with zeros. For example:
    $$D576.83 S671L 2003$$E576.830000000 s671l 2003
    - The normalization rules are correct and the test utility generates the expected result

    Cause:
    Unknown yet

    Resolution:
    Investigated by development- PRM-22754
