Problem Symptoms:
When running: be_stop/start, fe_stop/start and se_stop/start, the following message appears:
wget: error while loading shared libraries: libidn.so.11: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Cause:
The script /exlibris/primo/p4_X/primom/proc/beacon_click_from_scripts.sh is part of the user monitoring system added to Primo.
It uses the program /exlibris/product/util/bin/wget, which requires the Red Hat 5 package libidn.i386
This program is missing.

Resolution:
Install RH5 package libidn.i386
