Primo and RedHat/RH7 Support

We want to bring to your attention an important update regarding your operating system. As you may know, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 is reaching its end of support phase on June 30, 2024. For more information, see What to know about Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 End of Maintenance.

If you are an on-premises customer using Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, we highly recommend upgrading to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 to ensure stability and benefit from the latest features and security enhancements.

This announcement is to ensure that you are informed and make plans to upgrade to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8. Please note that in 2024 we will continue to run Primo on top of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, but in 2025 we will no longer be able to deliver new releases for Primo on top of it.
