    Question

What is the ranking boost Historical usage at your institution and what is the length of time used it evaluating a collection?

    Answer

Historical usage at your institution is a scaling work-level boost for offers with high usage from your institution. It evaluates 36 months of overall usage at your institution, boosting the most used titles to the top. This is best paired in feeds where you are intentionally purchasing things already owned.

Historical usage is calculated for e-usage using click-throughs going back to October, 2020 and SUSHI counts prior. For print usage calculations, this uses Alma circulation counts.
